1. Program Overview
The Annual Green Ridge Solar Continuing Care Plan is designed to help homeowners maintain and support their solar system through routine annual services and ongoing support. While billing may occur monthly, the program is structured as an annual service plan.

1 It is the responsibility of the customer to reach out and schedule the panel cleaning. Green Ridge Solar will schedule the panel cleaning based on availability and customer does not need to be present for cleaning. 1 panel cleaning per annual renewal, cleanings do not roll over to future plan years.
2 Report will be done remotely with an annual system report, but an on-site inspection may be done if physical issues are identified.
3 Site visit will be scheduled by GRS in coordination with the customer based on availability. Site visit does not roll over from one year to another.

- Panel additions
- Removal/Reinstall
- Critter Control
- Electrical work related to solar system
- Battery and generator work
- EV Chargers
- Secondary systems (term for this)
- New sales for customer (additional property)
- Family and friends discount if you refer them (they get 5% off).
Exclusions:
- Non-solar electrical work (like switching outlets in the home)
- Expenses directly billed to sub-contractors (example: trenching, concrete work, etc.)
5 Green Ridge Solar will monitor and compensate for downtime – as defined. Customer must notify Company of router/wifi/cellular network changes, otherwise Company may not be aware of an issue and able to monitor downtime. Customer can decline monitoring connectivity, but it is required to maintain coverage and downtime compensation. Monitoring covers costs incurred due to loss of production. Does not cover owner-caused issues, tampering, shading changes, property changes, force majeure events. Compensation for downtime is limited to 50% of the annual contract fee. Shipping delays for return material authorization (RMA) and manufacturer equipment availability are not included in downtime.
2. Pricing & Billing
Subscription pricing is $39–$79 per month, or $399–$799 per year, depending on system size and configuration.
Base fee is $39 per month, or $399 per year billed at the start of the plan year.
Additional costs to the customer
Travel/distance adjustment
- +$10 per month (or $100 per year) for systems located farther than 75 miles of the Green Ridge Solar headquarters
- +$20 per month (or $200 per year) for systems located farther than 200 miles of the Green Ridge Solar headquarters
System size adjustment
- +$10 per month (or $100 per year) for 25 or more panels, or 10kW, whichever is larger
- +$20 per month (or $200 per year) for systemize sized greater than 25kW
Monthly billing is provided for convenience, but the plan represents an annual agreement.
Prices are subject to change upon renewal, with notice provided in advance.
3. Scheduling
Annual services are scheduled by Green Ridge Solar in coordination with Customer based on availability and seasonality.
Customers will be contacted in advance to coordinate service timing.
Missed or rescheduled appointments may delay service delivery.
Customer is responsible for scheduling site visit events (panel cleaning, additional service checks, etc.) with the service department.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe access to the system for scheduled services.
Customers may clean their own panels if they choose; participation in the subscription is optional.
Ground-mounted systems and roof-mounted systems may have different service considerations.
5. Cancellation Policy
This Subscription is an annual agreement, even if billed in monthly installments.
Customer may cancel the Subscription’s renewal by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the then-current renewal date. If Customer does not provide timely notice, the Subscription will automatically renew.
If Customer cancels after the renewal date (or otherwise fails to provide timely notice), Customer remains responsible for the full annual subscription fee for that renewal term, regardless of whether Services have been used or performed.
Upon effective cancellation of the renewal, future monthly charges will cease as of the end of the then-current Subscription term.
All payments previously made are non-refundable.
6. Warranty Clarification
This Subscription does not replace or extend manufacturer warranties or Green Ridge Solar workmanship warranties. Warranty coverage varies by system and install year and is separate from this program.
7. Limitations
This Program does not guarantee system production levels.
This Program does not cover damage or service needs arising from severe weather, animals, acts of nature, or Customer/homeowner modifications.
Manufacturer product warranties, if applicable, generally cover parts/equipment only and do not include labor. Any labor associated with manufacturer warranty work will be billed separately unless expressly included in this Agreement.
Emergency services are not included unless otherwise specified in writing.
8. Program Changes
Green Ridge Solar reserves the right to modify service details, pricing, or availability with reasonable notice to customers.
